common virus problem

problem: Hard disk drive volumes does not openondouble clicking
solution:go to run & type regedit then press a single click on H_KEY_LOCALMACHINE & press
ctrl+f from keyboard to open search panel and do a search for "mountpoints2" and
press delete button. Again do the above steps until all mountpoints2 listings get deleted

problem: show option does not work in folder option (files are always hidden)
solution: download a small utility called autorun eater from download.com ,run that application to solve common virus related problem.
